Basic Movements Course: $175.00 (includes one month free)
Completion of the Basic Movements Course is required to be eligible for participation in group classes. The Basic Movements Course includes 3 one on one personal training sessions to teach the fundamental movements, and one month of unlimited classes. The emphasis is on technique, safety, and familiarization with the CrossFit movements.
Monthly Unlimited Group Training:
Training in group classes (see schedule link on the website). Trainer to student ratio not exceed 1 to 8. Classes will include a structured warm-up, technique/skill session, and WOD (workout of the day).
6 month:
$600 for 6 months unlimited
($4.00/class if attend 5 classes/week)
1 month:
$120.00/month
($5.00/class if attend 5 class/week)
10 class punch card:
$100.00 ($10.00/class)
Drop in rate:
$15 per session
Military, Public Safety, Students and Couples Discount
$100 a month for unlimited training per person
Monthly Limited Group Training:
Training in group classes but limited to participate a maximum of 3 times a week. Classess will include a structured warm-up, technique/skills session, and WOD (workout of the day). There is no limitation on the classes that you choose to participate in, only the number of classes per week.
3 times a week:
$80 a month ($6.66/class)
