The On-Ramp Program is designed to teach those new to CrossFit the fundamentals of CrossFit. It is coached by several of our trainers to introduce you to our great staff. The emphasis of these fundamental movements classes is on technique, safety, and familiarization with the CrossFit movements and will prepare you for regular CrossFit classes. This is a package that includes the 2-week fundamentals course followed by 1-Month Unlimited Membership to our classes. Classes
We offer several ways to attend classes at our gym from 2 free classes for newcomers to Unlimited Monthly Membership for those wanting to train as much as they desire. Our classes are personal training in a group setting at scheduled times. Here's our schedule . Classes will include a structured warm-up, technique/skill session, and the WOD (workout of the day).
