I'm a Firefighter/Paramedic for Colorado Springs Fire Department. I've been Crossfitting since April, 2006. I'll turn 43 years old in 2011 and I am in the best shape of my life. The work outs are challenging and interesting. I look forward to the next one. I hope to bring that kind of desire and results to others. Check out Crossfit.

I am a Firefighter, an outdoor lover, a brother, an uncle, a son. I was introduced to CrossFit by my sister about 2 years ago and haven't looked back since. Before CrossFit, I tried everything under the sun to stay in shape and nothing kept me 1/10th as enthusiastic as CrossFit has. I still find myself checking the website every 10 minutes after 7 O'clock to see what the torture is for tomorrow! CrossFit has really changed my life as I know it has for many of you. It keeps me ready for everything that life throws at me, and gives me the confidence I need to push through. I truly enjoy training in the gym, grinding out a workout and getting those last few reps because of the immense energy and encouragement from the great people here. i also enjoy training/coaching and encouraging you to go faster, harder, or pick up that bar one more time. It is extremely rewarding to see you succeed! I am dedicated to supporting you in your quest for an elite life!

I am a husband, a father, and a 15-year firefighter. I enjoy many outdoor activities, especially snowboarding, cycling, hiking, and mountain biking. I have been interested in fitness and sports all my life, but CrossFit has become a more recent passion. CrossFitting has made me stronger both physically and mentally—something I certainly hope to pass on to the clients. I enjoy the philosophy, dynamism, community, and intensity of the CrossFit program and lifestyle. I am honored to be part of Pikes Peak CrossFit's mission, and I anxiously await the posting for the WOD. When I am not training others, I am busy being “trained” by my daughters, Madeleine and Claire.
I live to do CrossFit, but more importantly I CrossFit to live!

I have been a competitive athlete all of my life, I was involved in gymnastics for 18 years as an athlete and coach and competed 4 years of Division I Track and Field at Colorado State University.
I was introduced to CrossFit in 2007, and have never been more fit than I am now. I love the variety and thrive on the challenges each workout brings. I hope to energize and inspire clients to experience the same.
Outside of the gym I enjoy hiking, and camping with my husband Brian and my chocolate lab Mojo. I also love to smile, shop, and drink wine.

I am a 45 year old mother of two teenage boys, Ben and Luke. I have never really been that athletic and had no desire to change that until about 7 years ago. I wasn’t happy with my body composition or my ability to keep up with my boys. I began walking then jogging and eventually inclining five days a week. I did the incline on that schedule for about a year when a friend introduced me to CrossFit. The scaling available with every WOD helped me to achieve many things I would not have thought possible a few years ago. Every new gain has not only strengthened my body, but it has also given me a newfound resolve to really live my life. Now add the Paleo nutritional program and you’ve got a girl who is looking and feeling younger and younger. Just call me “Beth Button”! It has been rewarding and a real privilege to be a part of each of your success stories as well. Keep doing your mobility activities and “git it”!
Aaron Crossett (Certified Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, CrossFit Mobility, MovNat Trained)
I started Crossfit in 2008 while in Iraq. I was shocked at my change inbody comp and overall improvement in functional fitness. I am truly inspired every time I walk into the gym and see all the excited and motivated faces that are there wanting to suffer through the workout to achieve their goals. Seeing the change in fitness, body composition, and confidence in the athletes is extremely rewarding and makes training oneof the best jobs in the world.
Crossfit has changed my life for the better, making me both stronger mentally, and physically. I hope it does the same for all the athletes I come in contact with.
