As many double-unders as possible in 2 minutes
Rest one minute
As many body weight power cleans as possible in 2 minutes
Rest 3 minutes
Post total reps for both movements to comments.
Olympic Lifting Series with Jared Enderton This is a 6 week structured Olympic Style Weightlifting package with Jared Enderton. These 6 week sessions are run 2x per week, and, are going to be capped at 6 people per class. Each class will build on the last class so it will be imperative that you attend each session.
