Apparently I sucked so bad that Kris didn't want to humiliate me by posting my "score". (kidding) I got 10 rounds and lemme tell you I was ready to quit the WOD at round 5 ready to quit crossfit entirely at round 8 and ready to quit living when the timer went off.
Steve (from Oregon) got 14 rounds at 115# I really enjoyed watching him sprint across the mat like it was flat or something. (Strong work Steve)
Kyo is back and got 8 modified rounds. Nothing like coming back from an injury into a 30 minute AMRAP. Good work toughing it out!
