Update, this is the beginning of month 4 of the 365 burpee challenge. How many of you are still with us/me. This challenge is 20 burpees a day for 365 days. The burpees aren't that challenging but the mental task of remembering and getting them done is. If you want to challenge yourself but aren't ready for a year try this month. It is the shortest month of the year. All you have to do is perform 20 burpees each day, if you miss a day or two you can make them up.
Rule 1 You can't do burpees for any days ahead.
Rule 2 They must be in groups of 20, not one an hour for 20 hours.
Rule 3 If you have burpees in a workout like today they count, but only for that day or make-up days.
