Vince "How Bout them Packers"

Kristina wanted me to sprint through this one which indicates a sub 7 minute time. She also wanted me to use 165lbs in the front squat. Apparently these two things are mutually exclusive. My guess is that sprinting requires me to use 115 but such is life. To add to the joy we had two out of town visitors who did it in six minutes... While they claimed to be named Joe and Schaffer I think it may actually have been Batman and Robin.
